Magenta & Co.

Meet the Team

Magenta & Co.

Realtors in Moscow, Idaho

Think about your life. Did you know that the average person spends 1/3 of it at work? For many people, that means a daily grind full of stress. In sales, it is even more so but we do not believe it should be that way. We believe that work life should be surrounded by positive, influential people who are passionate and successful at what they do. All with the intention of passing that feeling onto you.

You might have noticed that Magenta & Co. is unlike any other real estate office you have found. The truth is, we have all worked in fast-paced, competitive real estate environments and yes, we have been successful at it. We have set and broken county records and while that is great for us, we wanted to set a new standard of service for you. Why? Because real estate is not just a numbers game. It is about people: the people we work with and more importantly, the people we work for.

So what did we create?
A team of successful agents who compete for YOU, not against each other.

At Magenta & Co., you are welcomed into a community of like-minded, supportive individuals who work together to deliver the very best for you. Some may call that a concierge service, but that is just our baseline. When you walk into our office, you will feel the difference, and we believe that is what makes us such a successful team. Our team is not only us; it includes you.

Now you know our secret- it is not all about winning and closing the sale. You mean more to us than that, we want to earn your business for years to come. It does not matter if we are introducing you to our small-town community or helping you say goodbye to it. Our team is your team, and we cannot wait to meet you. Please reach out as we would welcome the opportunity to meet you over a cup of coffee.

Some say the average American buys or sells at least 5 properties in their lifetime. That means you’re going to be counting on someone to find you the perfect home or the perfect buyer. You need someone who will be your tough negotiator, who is honest, creative, and personable. You especially need someone positively rooted in the community, because you never know what properties are being whispered in ears long before they are publicly listed to everyone. That’s why I’m a Realtor. I believe in two things: kindness and putting your heart into your work. I’m a top producing Realtor in the area, and it’s because I believe in paying it forward. Realty isn’t really my passion, people are. That’s because I know that the difference between buying and selling a house isn’t the property itself, but the people involved in the process.

I’d love to meet you over a cup of coffee and show you what it really means to have a Realtor who works not just for, but with you.

I graduated from Gonzaga University and spent 15 years writing DIY articles for a national magazine. As a real estate agent, I combine my comfort in photography, staging, home design, writing, and styling with the home buying and selling process and make things easier for you! Not just easier, but a positive, wonderful part of the memories you make as you embark on selling or buying a home.

I grew up in the Moscow area in a farmhouse built in the very early 1900s, and as an adult, my family and I have owned homes in multiple Moscow neighborhoods. I am very familiar with all varieties of homeownership on the Palouse and look forward to helping you find yours. So, let’s go house hunting! Or let me help you list your home and allow all of its true potential to shine.

They say a real estate agent is truly a matchmaker. Helping clients match their story to their home is a privilege and one I would be honored to help you with! Please feel free to call, text, or email me with any questions.

I am a recent graduate of the University of Oregon (2021) where I received my Bachelors in Entrepreneurial Business. Alongside my role as a realtor specializing in commercial leasing and residential sales, I now own a dog business called Fetch which comes after 5 years of pet sitting with over 70 five-star reviews and 100+ clients. For many people, their pets are like their children, they are their greatest loves. So naturally, providing intentional care for animals feels much like the sentiments people have about their homes: care, attention, trust, and respect. We all know how it feels and what it means when someone truly understands us. We feel seen and heard, in turn, allowing us to trust that we will be cared for and given the attention we need. It doesn't matter that this is real estate. Any profession can offer the same character attributes to make people feel like they matter. I'm just lucky enough to give you the keys to your dream at the end.

I love being able to connect with people, and help you find the place you'll love to live!

A little about me...
I was born and raised in the Lewis-Clark Valley. I left the Valley in 2001 and lived in many different places. I moved back to the area in 2014 making my home in Moscow. My family and I love our little town and all the quaint charm it has to offer. I had spent several years working in the investment world, before transitioning from stock market to real estate market. Both careers can be very rewarding, but they can also be high stress. I enjoy helping bring a sense of calm to the chaos and take the stress out of such a significant process. Buying or selling a home is something that is truly life changing, and I am always honored to get to be a part of that. I look forward to coming alongside the journey of defining what home means to you.

My heart has roots here on the Palouse and it's secret that serving people and this community is just part of who I am. I'v been a realtor for a handful of years, licensed first in Idaho then more recently in Washington. I love that through real estate I can encourage people to live their best lives and I get to contribute to the strength of our community and its future. That small town feel that we love are the bonds created between business owners, employees, community members, and everyone in between. All good things!

As is my role in various other aspects of my life, I take pride in providing strategies, developing plans of action, and guiding buyers, sellers, and investors towards their real estate goals.

I love seeing clients through to the end and beyond, handling every transaction with integrity, honesty, and always with their best interests in mind. My door is always open to clients past, present, and future. Often folks refer to our home as God’s Country and if you’ve ever driven through or explored the area, then you understand why. I am so happy to serve The Palouse, as your Realtor and community member.

Tiffany knows Real Estate! When we bought the house, we used a different agent and we knew more than she did. Tiffany did a great comparison analysis for us. We wanted to sell quickly but also wanted top dollar. She was open when we suggested to list the house for a bit more than her analysis showed — Guess what? We sold for exactly what she calculated the house was worth!

Amanda Hess

EVERY TIME WE HAVE WORKED WITH TIFFANY, she has been beyond accommodating, always quick to answer questions and thought outside the box. She cares for our needs as if they are her own. We cannot say enough good things about Tiffany and recommend her to anyone wanting exceptional service.

Megan came into our lives at a time of great sadness. Selling a home that was lived in for over 20 years that held precious memories was an emotional endeavor. Meagan was so supportive, caring, helpful and created and experience that turned out to be one of the best decisions ever! The new house has become a home again and Megan was an essential ingredient. She knew exactly what to look for, answered endless questions, had the patience of a saint and a wonderful sense of humor and style. Absolutely loved working with Megan and recommend her to everyone that is looking to buy or sell.

I HAVE INTERACTED WITH HUNDREDS OF REALTORS OVER A 30 YEAR career in appraising real estate. In all sincerity, I place Tiffany in a rarified 1% of Realtors in terms of knowledge, character and professionalism. She has the respect of her peers, the best interests of her clients at heart and a depth of knowledge in her market area. She combines a no-nonsense professionalism with courtesy; it’s a pleasure working with her.

Tiffany was amazing to work with. She helped us locate our dream home in a community that doesn’t have a lot of homes for sale. She took our needs seriously and took the time to show us properties that would meet our needs. We were thankful to work with her. She clearly knows the area and was able to ensure that our transaction was smooth. I couldn’t be more pleased with our experience.

THERE ARE TIMES IN LIFE WHEN PEOPLE REALLY STAND OUT among others. Today my friend Tiffany is doing her thing, being one of the top realtors in our community. She is an example of what a professional woman can be! She carries herself with grace and confidence. She is one of the most thankful people I have ever met. She challenges me to be a better professional and mom! I am thankful for her friendship! People who are around her are better for it! I know I am.

Megan was very professional and extremely helpful in selling our home and buying current home. Highly recommend her.
